Summary
Amends rule XXVII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the Clerk of the House to provide a current list of the names of all Members of the House who sign a motion to discharge a committee from the consideration of a public bill or resolution. Requires such petition to be made available for public inspection during normal working hours.
