    Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 3072. Points of order for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 2(l)(6) of rule XI; clause 7 of rule XXI; and clause 2 of rule XXI are waived. In any case where this resolution waives points of order against only a portion of a paragraph, a point of order against any other provision in such paragraph may be made against such provision and not against the entire paragraph. Measure will be read by section. Bill is open to amendments. It shall be in order to consider the amendment, if offered by Mr. Fazio or his designee, and all points of order against said amendment for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 2 of rule XXI are waived. It shall be in order to consider the amendment printed in the report of the Committee on Rules accompanying this resolution if offered by Mr. Skaggs or his designee and all points of order against said amendme...
