Honors the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, for its service in providing dignified transfer of our nation's fallen heroes to their families and loved ones. Encourages the people of the United States to remember the actions of the dedicated military and civilian personnel who conduct such operations.
