Summary

Creates a select committee to be composed of 15 Members of the House of Representatives to be appointed by the Speaker, one of whom he shall designate as chairman. Directs the committee to conduct a complete investigation of the nationalization of the oil industry. Requires the committee to report to the House as soon as practicable during the present Congress the results of its investigations, together with such recommendations as it deems advisable.
