Directs the printing as a House document of the tributes made on the floor of the House of Representatives with respect to the death of the former Speaker John W. McCormack. Authorizes an additional printing to be case-bound for the use of the Speaker of the House. Authorizes the Speaker to appoint a committee to formally present case-bound copies to Boston University for inclusion in the papers of former Speaker McCormack.
