Summary
Waives the requirement under rule XIII of the House of Representatives of a two-thirds vote to consider a Committee on Rules report on the same day it is presented to the House, with respect to any resolution reported by such Committee on September 13, 2001, providing for consideration or disposition of a bill making emergency supplemental appropriations for FY 2001, for additional disaster assistance, for anti-terrorism initiatives, for assistance in the recovery from the tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001, and for other purposes, including any amendment thereto, conference report thereon, or any amendment reported in disagreement from a conference thereon.
