Title I: Select Committee on Hunger - Establishes in the House of Representatives the Select Committee on Hunger to conduct a continuing comprehensive study of the problems of hunger and malnutrition. Title II: Select Committee on Children, Youth, and Families - Establishes the Select Committee on Children, Youth, and Families to conduct a continuing comprehensive study and review of the problems of children, youth, and families. Title III: Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control - Establishes the Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control to conduct a continuing oversight and review of the problems of narcotics, drug, and polydrug abuse and control.
