Summary
Directs the President, in deciding whether to provide certain foreign assistance to any country represented at the 1981 meeting of the delegations of the nonaligned countries at the United Nations, to consider whether such country has dissociated itself from the communique issued following the meeting. Directs the President: (1) to report to Congress on which countries have dissociated themselves from the communique; and (2) to send to Congress a copy of each statement of dissociation.
