Summary

Provides funds for the House Committee on the Judiciary to carry out its investigations, studies and oversight responsibilities and functions. Authorizes not to exceed $1,831,090.37 for such duties including expenditures for the employment of experts, special counsel, clerical and other assistants and consultants. Specifies that not to exceed $175,000 of such amount may be used to procure the temporary services of individual consultants. Forbids that any part of such funds be expended in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee.
