Summary
Authorizes expenditures, not to exceed $344,796, by the Committee on House Administration for employment placement services, professional development programs, office and personnel management consultation services, and certain publications. Stipulates that no part of such funds shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated by any other House committee. Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
