Summary
Authorizes, effective January 3, 1977, the appropriation of an amount not to exceed $4,094,075 from the contingent fund of the House for the expenses of the investigations and studies to be conducted pursuant to the rules of the House by the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce. Specifies amounts to be used to procure consultants and to be allocated to subcommittees. Directs that no part of the funds authorized by this resolution shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee of the House.
