Summary
Authorizes the Committee on House Administration, acting as a whole or by subcommittee, to conduct a full and complete investigation and study into ways of informing Members of the House, their staffs, employees of the House, and visitors of the evacuation procedures (in case of emergency) for the Capitol Building and the House Office Buildings. Requires the Committee to report to the House, as soon as practicable during the present Congress, the results of its investigation, together with such recommendations as it deems advisable.
