Authorizes expenditures, not exceed $4,540.09, for the further expenses of investigations and studies conducted by the House Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce during the second session of the 95th Congress. Prohibits the use of any part of such funds in connection with the study or investigation of any subject being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee. Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
