Fixes the daily hour of meeting for the House of Representatives: (1) through May 11, 1996, at 2 p.m. on Mondays, 11 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 10 a.m. on all other days of the week; and (2) from May 13, 1996, until the end of the second session, at noon on Mondays, 10 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and 9 a.m. on all other days of the week.
