Summary

Authorizes the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs to send two members of such committee to attend the General Assembly of the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property in Rome, Italy, during the period April 7 through 12, 1973. Provides that local currencies owned by the United States shall be made available to the members of the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the House of Representatives engaged in carrying out their official duties pursuant to the authority to travel outside the United States as set forth in this resolution. Requires each member of such committee to make to the chairman of such committee an itemized report showing the number of days visited in each country whose local currencies were spent, the amount of per diem furnished, and the cost of transportation if furnished by public carrier, or, if such transportation is furnished by an agency of the United States Government, the cost of such transportation, and the identification of the agency.
