Summary
Creates a Select Committee to Investigate Allegations Concerning the House Post Office. Requires the Committee to: (1) investigate, study, and make findings with respect to specified allegations and matters; (2) make recommendations to the Speaker and minority leader regarding the implementation of an improved system of oversight to prevent the repetition of any improper or illegal conduct it finds; and (3) report to the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct evidence of such conduct it finds by any Member, officer, or employee of the House.
