Summary
Amends rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives to establish a Standing Committee on Intelligence with legislative jurisdiction over all measures relating to: (1) the Central Intelligence Agency and the Director of Central Intelligence; (2) intelligence activities of all other Federal departments and agencies; (3) any organization or reorganization of such departments or agencies which relates to intelligence activities; and (4) authorizations for appropriations for specified departments and agencies.
