Recognizes the growing threat posed by radical Islamist terrorist groups and reaffirms the U.S. commitment to the multilateral fight against them. Calls upon all nations to join a global effort to combat violent extremist ideologies and terrorist groups. Remains committed to the defense of free expression, including religious freedom, as well as other universal values that the terrorists seek to destroy.
