    Upon the adoption of this resolution, it shall be in order to consider in the House, S. Con. Res. 21. All points of order against consideration of the concurrent resolution are waived. The concurrent resolution shall be considered as read. It shall be in order to strike out all after the resolving clause of S. Con. Res. 21 and insert in lieu thereof the provisions of H. Con. Res. 99 as adopted by the House. It shall then be in order for the House to insist on its amendment to S. Con. Res. 21 and to ask for a conference.
