Summary
Provides amounts for further expenses of the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct for the second session of the 104th Congress. Specifies amounts available for procurement of consultant services. Authorizes the Committee on House Oversight to make adjustments in such amounts if necessary to comply with a sequestration order of the President issued under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) or to conform to reductions in appropriations for purposes of this Act.
