Summary
Directs the House Committee on Public Works and Transportation to study the long-range needs of the trucking industry in the United States. Authorizes the Committee to hold hearings and issue subpenas as necessary to complete such studies. Requires that the Committee report to the House within one year after the adoption of this resolution the results of its investigation and such recommendations as it deems necessary to insure a strong trucking industry.
