Summary

Urges the President to expeditiously procure and provide to the Colombian National Police (CNP) three UH-60L Blackhawk utility helicopters for assisting the CNP in reducing and eliminating the production of illicit drugs in Colombia and the trafficking of such drugs, including heroin and cocaine, to the United States. Urges the President, if he believes that three of such helicopters are not sufficient for such purpose, to inform the Congress as to the appropriate number of additional helicopters needed so that amounts can be authorized for their procurement and transfer.
