Expresses: (1) deep sympathy to the people of the Philippines for the terrible loss of life and massive destruction from Typhoon Haiyan, (2) solidarity with the people of the Philippines and continued commitment to provide essential assistance to help the Philippines recover from this tragedy, and (3) support for relief and reconstruction assistance provided by relief agencies and the international community.
