Summary

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that in order to minimize the adverse effect of the milk production termination program on U.S. beef, pork, and lamb producers, the Secretary of Agriculture should: (1) make red meat purchases in relation to the number of marketed dairy cattle; and (2) increase domestic and export meat purchases or restrict meat imports, as appropriate, if estimated meat marketings exceed Government purchases as a result of such program.
