    Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 5158. The resolution waives certain points of order during consideration of the bill for failure to comply with the provisions of section 302(f) of the Congressional Budget Act, as amended, clause 2(l)(6) of rule XI and cluase 7 of rule XXI. During consideration of the bill, all points of order against certain provisions specified in the text of the resolution shall be waived. Measure will be read by title. Bill is open to amendments.
