Summary
Requests the President to furnish to the House of Representatives, within 30 days after the adoption of this resolution, a report by the Arms Control and Disarmanent Agency entitled "A Quarter Century of Soviet Compliance Practices Under Arms Control Commitments: 1958-1983 (U)," November 1983. Permits the President when furnishing such report to delete or modify material which will compromise the national security of the United States.
