Summary

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the President should establish programs to aid in the assimilation of the Cambodian and Vietnamese refugees into our society. Directs the President to take any steps within his power to prevent such refugees from settling in disproportionate numbers in Guam or any other State or territory of the United States.
