Summary

Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to move, clause 2(1)(6) of rule XI and clause 7 of rule XXI to the contrary notwithstanding, that the House resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 6894) making appropriations for special assistance to refugees from Cambodia and Vietnam for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and for other purposes, and all points of order against said bill for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 2, rule XXI are hereby waived.
