Directs the Secretary of State to furnish the House of Representatives with complete information on all documents in the Secretary's possession concerning: (1) the revocation of the visa issued to Roberto D'Aubuisson, formerly a major in El Salvador's army; (2) involvement of D'Aubuisson in the March, 1981, shooting attack on the U.S. embassy in El Salvador; (3) public statements by D'Aubuisson during the recent election campaign in El Salvador concerning future United States-Salvadoran relations; and (4) procedures followed in considering a visa application from a person who has previously been excluded from entering the United States or has had a visa revoked.
