Summary
Establishes in the House of Representatives the Select Committee on United States-Mexico Relations to conduct a comprehensive study and review of U.S.-Mexico relations. Requires the committee to report to the House as soon as practicable during the present Congress. Terminates the committee 30 days after the date such report is made or just prior to noon on January 3, 1985, whichever occurs first.
