Summary
Extends the condolences of the House of Representatives to the families and friends who lost loved ones in the bombings of the Delegation of Argentine Israeli Associations on July 18, 1994, and the Panamanian commuter plane on July 20, 1994. Condemns such attacks on innocent people and calls for worldwide cooperation in bringing the perpetrators to justice. Condemns anti-Semitism, neo-Nazi activities, and terrorism wherever they occur and urges all members of the world community to do the same. Expresses support for the Jewish communities in Argentina and Panama and for their efforts to attain safety and security in their own countries. Urges the Governments and people of Argentina and Panama to continue to work to stamp out anti-Semitism and neo-Nazism.
