Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 4825 with 1 hour 0 of general debate. Measure will be considered read. Specified amendments are in order. No amendment to the bill shall be in order except the amendments printed in the report of the Committee on Rules accompanying this resolution. Said amendments shall be considered and debated in the manner specified in the report. Mr. Crane and Mr. Rohrabacher shall each be allowed to offer amendments en bloc.
