Summary
Waives, with respect to certain resolutions reported from the Committee on Rules on or before June 25, 1992, provisions of rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives that require a two-thirds vote to consider a report from such committee on the same day it is presented to the House. Applies such waiver to resolutions providing for consideration or disposition of a bill relating to the national railroad situation.
