Summary
Approves certain regulations relating to Federal labor-management relations insofar as they apply to employing offices and covered employees of the House of Representatives under the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995. Requires the Board of Directors of the Office of Compliance to adopt regulations to implement the requirement that the Board refer to a hearing officer any matter relating to petitions under such provisions with respect to employing offices and covered employees of the House.
