Summary
Congratulates Bosnia and Herzegovina on the 10th anniversary of its independence. Declares that the House of Representatives: (1) commends Bosnia and Herzegovina for its implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constituent Peoples' Decision of its Constitutional Court; (2) supports its aspirations to become a member of the Partnership for Peace; (3) encourages its continuous contributions toward speeding up the return process and bringing peace, stability, and prosperity to South Eastern Europe; (4) reaffirms the importance of its successful participation in the European integration process; (5) encourages the strengthening of its state institutions; and (6) recognizes the important role of the Bosnian Herzegovinian-American community in further improving U.S.-Bosnian Herzegovinian relations.
