Summary
Authorizes expenditures, not to exceed $950,000, by the House Committee on Post Office and Civil Service for investigations and studies. Directs that not less than $16,000 of such funds shall be used solely for the reimbursement of the House Information Systems. Prohibits any part of such funds from being available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee. Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1981.
