Summary
Provides that immediately upon the adoption of this resolution the House shall proceed to the consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 538) expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Secretary of State should conduct an investigation with respect to the status of those members of the Armed Forces of the United States who are missing in action in Southeast Asia. States that after general debate, which shall be confined to the resolution and shall continue not to exceed one hour, to be equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on Armed Services, the previous question shall be considered as ordered on the resolution to its adoption or rejection.
