Summary
Authorizes and directs the Committee on House Administration to implement the following requirements for legislative service organizations: (1) transfer responsibility to the Clerk for all financial activities of these organizations, including the establishment and maintenance of revolving accounts to receive their dues and assessments and to make disbursements of their ordinary and necessary business expenses in support of Members' official and representational duties; and (2) location of all such organizations in House Office Buildings.
