Summary
Allows each Member of the House of Representatives and the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico and the Delegates from the District of Columbia, Guam, and the Virgin Islands to hire for four weeks, each year, two additional employees to be know as "senior citizen interns" who will serve in either the congressional district offices or in the District of Columbia offices of the Member.
