Summary
Declares that the House of Representatives condemns the terrorist attacks in Madrid that occurred on March 11, 2004. Expresses its: (1) condolences to the victims, their families and friends, and the people of the Kingdom of Spain for the loss suffered during such attacks; and (2) sympathies to the individuals injured in the attacks. Conveys its hope for the rapid and complete recovery of all such injured individuals. Calls on the President to provide to the Government of Spain expert assistance for investigation of these terrorist attacks and to work together to bring to justice the perpetrators of these and other terrorist attacks.
