Summary

Provides that the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives shall contract for the management and operation of the House restaurant and the cafeteria and other food service facilities of the House. Sets forth the criteria that the committee shall consider when reviewing applications for management contracts. States that any such contract awarded shall take effect on the date of such award and end on December 31 of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the contract was awarded.
