Summary
Authorizes the expenditure of funds, not to exceed $10,981,000, by the Committee on House Administration to enable the House Information Systems to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of ongoing computer and information services for the House of Representatives. Prohibits any part of such funds from being available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated by any other House committee. Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1981.
