Summary

Directs the Committee on House Administration to investigate and report to the House of Representatives on whether Representative Dornan, of California, violated the rules and regulations governing the clerk hire of Members or of House employment by allowing executive branch officials to use his office to investigate other House Members. Directs the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct to conduct an investigation of matters referred to in this resolution to determine whether Representative Dornan has violated the Code of Official Conduct or any law, rule, regulation, or other applicable standard of conduct.
