Summary
Makes it the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States delegation to the United Nations should follow prescribed United Nations procedure to bring before the United Nations Commission on Human Rights violations by Chile of human rights and basic freedoms, which violations contravene the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights resulting from the Government of Chile denying freedoms to some Chilean citizens solely because of their opposition to such Government.
