Amends rule XXV (Limitations on Outside Earned Income and Acceptance of Gifts) of the House of Representatives to require the Clerk of the House to post all travel disclosure reports and advance authorizations submitted by a Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House on the Clerk's public internet site within 48 hours of their submission.
