Summary

Establishes the Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control to conduct a continuing study and review of the problems of narcotics abuse and control, including enforcement, international trafficking, organized crime, and the criminal justice system. Directs the select committee to review any recommendations made by the President or any Federal department or agency of the executive branch relating to programs or policies affecting narcotics abuse or control. Requires the select committee to submit an annual summary of activities to the House of Representatives.
