Summary
Creates a select committee to consider an impeachment resolution against the President of the United States. Authorizes to be appropriated out of the contingency fund of the House such funds as may be required by the select committee to carry out the purposes of this resolution. Grants the select committee subpoena power. Directs the committee to report to the House the results of its investigation, including an impeachment resolution, together with any other recommendations not later than 30 days after the adoption of this resolution.
