Sets forth articles in maintenance and support of such impeachment, including the following: (1) that he has not complied with an order by the U.S. Court of Appeals to relinguish custody of certain tapes, documents, and other materials; and (2) that with the intent to obstruct the process of justice he ordered Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox removed from his position.
