Resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 8125) to provide for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor in appropriate cases, and to require the Attorney General to make a preliminary investigation of alleged improper foreign influence in Congress to determine whether or not such a special prosecutor should be appointed for any cases arising therefrom.
