Summary
Creates a ten-member select committee in the House of Representatives to be known as the Select Committee on Security and Cooperation in Europe. Directs the select committee to monitor the acts of the signatories which reflect compliance with the articles of the Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe. Gives the select committee the powers necessary to carry out the provisions of this resolution. Provides that expenses of the select committee shall be paid from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives upon vouchers. Requires periodic reports to the House with respect to matters covered by this resolution.
